Estimates & Pricing
All estimates provided by Room Ninjas are based on the information available at the time of inspection or consultation.

Estimates are valid for 60 days unless otherwise stated.

Pricing may change if the scope of work changes, additional services are requested, or unforeseen conditions are discovered after work begins.

No project dates are reserved until the required deposit has been received.
Scheduling
Project start dates are estimates and may be affected by weather, material availability, customer-requested changes, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
If scheduling adjustments become necessary, we will communicate with you as promptly as possible.
Payments
Payment terms will be outlined in your estimate or service agreement.
Room Ninjas may require an initial deposit before scheduling work. Remaining balances are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your estimate or invoice.
Financing, when available, is offered through third-party providers. Any financing agreements are between you and the financing provider.
Warranties
Room Ninjas provides a one-year workmanship warranty on paint application, subject to the terms provided with your estimate or project agreement.
This warranty does not cover:

Normal wear and tear

Damage caused by abuse, accidents, or neglect

Structural movement or settling

Moisture intrusion, leaks, or water damage

Damage caused by other contractors or third parties

Manufacturer defects in products supplied by others
Warranty coverage applies only to the original scope of work completed by Room Ninjas.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers agree to provide reasonable access to the property during scheduled work and to disclose any known conditions that could affect the project, including water damage, structural issues, mold, or hazardous materials.
Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, photographs, logos, graphics, designs, and other materials, is the property of Room Ninjas unless otherwise noted and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
Project Photography
Unless otherwise requested in writing by the customer before the project begins, Room Ninjas may photograph completed work for portfolio, marketing, social media, and website purposes. We will make reasonable efforts to avoid displaying personal or identifying information.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Room Ninjas shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of this website or our services.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the specific services giving rise to the claim, except where prohibited by applicable law.
