It is also essential to determine how much paint we need for each specific area of your project to eliminate unnecessary waste. *All unused paints will be left with you for future touch ups. We typically use Sherwin-Williams products. If you have a different paint brand, color name and number, we can easily digitally match your desired color. Or we can use your brand product provided it is easily accessible for purchase. Please note we can normally save you 35% or more over retail prices if you use our preferred products. If we match a brand we will ensure we use the same quality of paint or better with another product. Please note*flat paint is [not] washable. Matte finish [which is very close to flat] is slightly washable. The higher the sheen the easier it is for cleaning. Ex's of washable sheens are eggshell, satin, semi-gloss, and gloss finishes. Eggshell or Satin is the most common sheen for walls. Flat for ceilings, and semi-gloss for trim.
