He managed the project from beginning to end and even jumped in where needed to help out with the painting. Room Ninjas painted all interior walls, kitchen cabinets, and the exterior of our brick home including doors and garage doors. The house turned out beautiful. Matt helped with selecting the right paints and colors. The painters were courteous, timely, hard working, and very respectful. There was no smoking on my property, no foul language or disrespectful music. The same painters who began the project were the same team who showed up day by day for almost 3 weeks. I trusted them with our house, dog, and belongings. They showed total patience with me even a I changed my mind or pointed out things I wanted to add to the project. The owner is a super nice guy, who was very patient with our numerous questions and indecision on paint colors. He worked to accommodate the schedule we needed, made an extra trip out before the job to go over it again one more time and do a paint match for us, and then he did a final walkthrough inspection with us after the painting was done to be sure we were satisfied before we made payment. Just great communication throughout the process from the initial request for an estimate until the job was done. The painters who did the work did a phenomenal job and you can tell they take pride in what they do. They were lightning fast, and yes, like ninjas. I would come out and be surprised that they painted something I had no idea they had been working on. In two days they did our front porch railings, our front door and two front shutters, our entire back deck, master bathroom vanity inside and out, towel rack, master bath ceiling, walls and trim and bathroom ceiling, walls and trim, and it all looks beautiful! They were even able to fix some imperfections on the baseboards I did not think could be fixed, and sanded down the bathroom door before painting it since it was so bad, and now it looks like a new door. And painting an entire back deck that sits in the sun on a 95 degree day with blazing heat and humidity is no easy task, but they did it, no complaints, and it looks fantastic. Everyone we worked with was respectful, professional, and just all around nice guys. Really cannot say enough nice things about them. They were highly competitive on price, as well. We will definitely be hiring them again for our next paint job, no doubts, and no need to look anywhere else. You guys are great!" S.
